SMT & Assembly

Fully automated surface-mount lines place chipsets, RF front-ends and memory with high-speed 3D AOI optical inspection at every stage. Assembly, antenna integration and final enclosure follow documented work instructions with full PCBA traceability back to component lots.

The facilities are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified, with RoHS, REACH, FCC and CE compliant material sourcing. A 5-step zero-defect process gates every unit before it leaves the line:

1. IQC (Incoming QC) - 100% inspection of raw chipsets, PCBAs and RF components against specification.
2. SMT & AOI - automated surface-mount assembly monitored by high-speed 3D optical testing.
3. RF & Antenna Calibration - automated RF tuning chambers verifying multi-band 5G Sub-6GHz and WiFi 6 performance.
4. 48-Hour Aging Test - 100% thermal and load stress testing under continuous full-rate network traffic.
5. FQC & OQC - final packaging, serial number pairing and outgoing compliance check before sealing.
